How to Order

Our Customer Service Staff is available at 1.800.700.WOIS or at info@wois.org to answer questions about your WOIS order!

• Price Quotes - Our staff can prepare a price quote for you before you place your order and mail or fax it to you.
• Special Pricing - Ordering for a district, consortium, multiple sites or multiple years? Let’s make a deal! We have special discounts to save you $$$ (see below).
• Personalized Assistance - We are happy to discuss your order so that you get exactly what you need and want.
• Free Demonstrations - Interested in a WOIS product but unsure if it is exactly what you need? We are happy to come to your site to show you the resources, or provide you with guest access to our web site on a TRIAL basis.
• Technical Questions about our software and Internet options? Our technical staff can provide you with all the information you need to determine your technical requirements.
• Having Trouble Filling Out the Order Form? - We are happy to walk you through the process and answer all your ordering questions.

Discounts - Three Ways to Save on Your Order

Multi-year License

For WOIS Career Information or Career Explorer orders paid in the current year, you will receive the following discounts:

• 2 years = 10% discount
• 3 years = 20% discount

Referral Discount

If you refer a site that has not previously used WOIS Career Information and they lease WOIS for their own school/organization, you receive 10% of your referral’s total order (excluding shipping and tax) in "WOIS Bucks" to spend any way you choose. This is a great way to get additional resources for your school or organization!

District/Consortium Discount

• 3 - 7 same item = $20 discount on each item
• 8 - 12 same item = $30 discount on each item
• 13 or more same item = $40 discount on each item

Order by Fax

Fax your order form with purchase order to 1.360.943.4257. Our fax lines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Don’t forget to include your credit card or purchase order number on your order form.

If you have one of our printed product guides, fill out the order form inside completely, including purchase order or credit card number, and mail to:
